Hôtel Ibis Styles Marseille Vieux Port

“I stayed at the Ibis Styles Vieux Port hotel for 3 nights in October 2024. The hotel is really well situated, in an old building just a few streets behind the Vieux Port. It occupies several floors, and there's a fantastic antique lift to take you up and down, should you require it. It was everything that you would expect from an Ibis hotel: clean, efficient, decent breakfast and very helpful staff. I stayed in a double room which was spacious, with fabulous high ceilings and curtains that really blocked out the light to aid sleep. The bathroom was big, too, with a bathtub! I wasn't expecting that: if I'd stayed longer, I would have had a long, luxurious bath, but the shower was fine. All in all, a very enjoyable stay. I would definitely go back!”

“Good location, clean room, very nice employees who helped with my bags as the elevator unfortunately wasn't working during my stay. Everything was very satisfactory!”

“The hotel is well located, close to many of the most important attractions of the city as well as close to public transportation. The breakfast was simple but good, we liked the fact that they used local products and they had fresh orange juice. Staff was nice, however not all of them spoke well English. The elevator was not working but we were informed about it in advance. We were lucky we were on the second floor. What disapointed us most was the fact that they didn't clean the rooms unless you aked for it. There was also a point on the stairs getting to the front desk that smelled really bad. There was no hairdryer in the room, we had to ask for it.”

“For what you pay for it's a good place. The air freshener they use is a bit much but I got used to it and realized what an amazing location it's in--close to everything in Vieux Port and Noailles. The breakfast is also amazingly well done. Paying 10 EUR now for breakfast at a hotel in a different city and it's nothing compared to the breakfast at this hotel. Friendly check in, kind people.”
